An interactive workshop with practical demonstrations and an interactive exercise with a novel LSS Zero Defect Kit developed by Paul G Ranky, PhD. This interactive exercise will last about 30 min plus Q/A. Since attendance is FREE, the LSS Kits will be on loan to delegates during this event. About Paul G. Ranky, BS / MS (Hons) Mech. and Ind. Eng., MS (Eng. Edu.), PhD (Automation Eng. with IT) He is a Full Tenured Professor of Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Industrial and Management Systems at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIE) at NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology), with an additional faculty appointment with NJIT’s IT (Information Technology Program), as Professor of IS & IT.

Vincent Miller, chair of the Lean SIG. He is a BPI Analyst at ADP, an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer. He also has an MBA in strategic management and a MS in Finance.
