Office Quality Manager

Champion the achievement of Quality Work on all projects within the Office, resulting in greater profitability and higher levels of client satisfaction through implementation of the HNTB Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Management Standards of Performance (SOP). Responsible for working with the Corporate Quality Officer (CQO) on continual improvement to the QMS, and the achievement of corporate quality initiatives.  Responsible for developing, analyzing and reporting on quality performance within the Office to the Office Management Team (OMT), Division Quality Manager (DQM) and the CQO.  Supporting Project Quality Managers (PQM) and project teams in the implementation of the QMS on projects.

Project Quality Manager II

Develop, implement and manage the quality of project deliverables through a Project Quality Plan (PQP) meeting the requirements of the HNTB Quality Management System (QMS) and project/client requirements. Achieve client approval of the Project Quality Plan when necessary, and work with project management to incorporate the PQP into an overall Program Management Plan when necessary.  Provide initial and recurring training to project team members on the PQP.  Proactively work with the project team to ensure compliance with the PQP including the oversight of quality check and review activities.  Manage quality of subconsultant work. Develop and manage project quality performance metrics and report to project/office leadership and client when required.  Manage quality audit and corrective/preventive action systems.  When contractually required, review, approve and oversee quality programs of the client or other entities under contract to the client.
