Meeting participants will be asked to share their experiences and expertise on this topic during the presentation. Following the presentation, participants will be more knowledgeable on the need for effective communications, the causes of inadequate communications and actions that can be taken to make communications more effective for their organizations and themselves. This course will be of interest to all Quality professionals. The material covers the use and application of Basic statistical tools and techniques. The course will introduce basic data collection and sampling methods, control charts, graphical methods, and practical application areas in statistical quality control. (0.8 ASQ RUs)
