Overview: The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for reliability data analyses, reliability prediction models and growth plans, test program plans and execution, and supplier reliability qualification in support of new product development, working closely with product development teams. He or she will also have responsibility for conducting and coordinating failure analysis and root cause determination on reliability issues on deployed products. This engineer will work with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, technical support and field service as well as our supplier base. This is a corporate-wide position in which the engineer will work on multiple product lines across several different business units. The position is based in Somerset, NJ, but will require support of other US locations through web meetings and some travel. The successful candidate will have experience in reliability engineering for product development using standard analytical tools and systematic approaches, be able to clearly communicate with and provide guidance to product development personnel who do not have reliability expertise and have a passion for improving product reliability.

Will perform GMP/GDP audits of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging/ labeling, laboratory controls, technical services, storage & distribution and quality systems for sterile/non-sterile APIs, drug products, medical devices, combination products, packaging materials and services. GMP/GDP audits are normally taken place in the Americas on behalf of Teva sites and business partners worldwide. They are scheduled, prepared, conducted and followed up by the auditor based on Teva’s annual audit work plan and agreed GMP standards. Scope of the position includes external Vendor audits and internal Corporate Quality audits of Teva sites. Will also include insuring Teva sites have robust inspection readiness plans in place to insure smooth regulatory agency inspections and successful product launches.
