The Baldrige Criteria are one of the most widely used guidelines in the U.S. and across the world. The criteria were established by the U.S. Congress in 1987 to raise awareness of quality management and recognize U.S. companies that have implemented successful quality management systems. Awards can be given annually in six categories: manufacturing, service, small business, education, healthcare, and nonprofit.

encourage you explore our site see what makes up our organization.
In my second year as Section Chair, I plan on continuing to build upon the strong foundation set by our

So I invite you to visit us during one of our upcoming EVENTS. This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow members; learn a little more about our section and get a taste of the programs we offer throughout the year.
In addition, if you would like to work on some exciting projects and become involved within the section, I invite you to contact anyone of the Committee Chairs to get started. Please visit this page for their contact information.
